Yes, we do worldwide shipping

 We currently accept all VISA, MASTERCARD credit and debit cards, international credit cards.

The estimated delivery time will be between 5-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.

At the time of processing your purchase with us, we will show you the delivery date of your order.

Please bear in mind that some of our deliveries may be affected by import( tax )costs out of Mulieri’s control.

Deliveries are made with DHL express and only made on working days.

We will gladly accept the return of New, unused, merchandise.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

To ensure that your exchange will be accepted It is important that all shoes are first tried on to determine if the fit, size, style etc are suitable for you. 

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface, we recommend trying your shoes on carpet. 

Securely repackage your merchandise. 

Shoe package, are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes and tags. 

We do not accept returns on merchandise that have visible scratches, marks, dirt on the outer sole. Items returned in these conditions will not be accepted and returned at your expense.

MULIERI does not assume responsibility for damage or injury sustained due to normal use or wear of the product.

BAGS AND ACCESSORIES: must be returned with the original packaging intact.

 

Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow all guidelines outlined in the RETURN POLICY AUTHORIZATION email issued prior to return or you may run the risk of your return/exchange not being accepted.

Should you wish to make a return, you have 8 days to email hello@muierii.com for a return authorization code. Once your return is received, you will receive email confirmation. If exchanging for another size or item, your exchange will be issued upon receipt of your return if the item is available. If the item is not available, you can either wait for the re-stock of the item or receive store credit.

We cannot take responsibility for Return or Exchange shipping costs at this time. 

 

Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise

Also, we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged items and these will be returned at your expense. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but do still email us for an RA code and send us a tracking number for reference if you can.

What is RA code? A return authorization number, or RA, is a unique number that companies issue to authorize you to return an item you have purchased if it is defective or just doesn’t suit your needs. While not all retailers require a number, many do. Shipping a package without an RA number could cause problems.

Whenever possible, we support a made-to-order production model, which allows brand to produce according to your real needs, thus reducing waste and optimizing the efficiency of the supply chain. In order to support this model, pre-ordered items must be paid in advance: this allows us to secure production slots and purchase all the materials needed to produce your items. 

Shipping costs for items on pre-order will be shown at checkout. Please take into account that lead times for these products is 15-30 days. Items will be shipped as soon as production finishes and you will receive a notification when they are on their way to you.
